RED CROSS THANKS BENEFIT CONCERT SPONSORS
The West Shore Chapter of the American Red Cross expresses its appreciation and gratitude to the sponsors of the Red Cross Month Benefit Concert that was held on March 20, 2005. The event was a success and a good time was had by all.
Special thanks to: the members of the band “Common Ground” (Bill Harvey, Jamie Loney, Mike Lowe, Rick VanLoon, JB Wells) for organizing this event and donating their time and musical talent, the members of “Flashpoint” (David Claire, Jared Fulton, Dillon Nielsen, Scott Tupper) for their guest performance, Johnny’s of Custer for donating the site, West Shore Bank for underwriting the print advertising, WMOM for broadcast advertising and providing a live remote broadcast from the event, Scotty’s in Ludington and The Village Restaurant in Baldwin for donating door prizes, and to the following businesses for selling tickets in advance: The Village Restaurant, Instrumental Music, and the WMOM studios. The West Shore Chapter also thanks all of the dedicated volunteers who worked the event and all of the patrons in attendance.
Admission to the concert was $5 person and over $1,000 was raised through ticket sales. All proceeds will be used to support the programs and services offered West Shore Chapter of the American Red Cross.
The American Red Cross is a participating agency with the United Way.
