CPR - Adult, Child & Infant  - Class covers how to assist when someone is choking, and how to recognize the signs and symptoms of a heart attack, and how to administer lifesaving CPR to Adults, Children and Infants.   Certification in this course meets OSHA requirements. Class time: 6 hours

First Aid - In this class you will learn to give immediate aid for scrapes, bruises, and burns, and what to do while waiting for 911 responders.  Certification in this course meets OSHA requirements. Class time: 4 hours

First Aid w/ CPR - Adult, Child & Infant - Combines the First Aid course and CPR for Adult, Child & Infant course into one all-day session.  Certification in this combined class meets OSHA requirements. Class time: 7 hours

AED Essentials - learn how to use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) to help restore a heart's normal rhythm. Immediate use of an AED, in conjunction with CPR helps save lives. Must have a current Adult CPR certification or add this class to an Adult CPR class to save on training time. Class time: 2 hours (1 hour when added to an Adult CPR class)

Ergonomics - learn to reduce repetitive stress injuries by improving posture, rearranging work areas, using proper tools, and doing simple exercises. Tips for creating a prevention plan help make this a continuing safety effort. Class time: 1 hour

Slips, Trips and Falls - topics include the causes of accidents and remedies for common hazards, plus practical advice on shoe selection, ladder safety and injury prevention. Class time: 1 hour

Back Injury Prevention - beginning with back anatomy, participants assess the causes of their personal back pain and learn how posture, stretching and safe lifting skills can reduce the risk of injury. Class time: 1 hour

Workplace Violence Awareness - Realistic scenarios help participants recognize impending workplace violence and learn ways to ensure their personal safety and security. Class time: 1 hour

Managing Stress - fast on the causes of stress, self-quizzes and discussion help individuals recognize their stressors and develop person stress-reduction strategies for work and personal lives. Class time: 1 hour

Your Heart Matters - targeting primary lifestyle risk factors, including smoking, diet and exercise, this module helps people take steps to adopt healthier behaviors and reduce the risk of coronary heart disease. Class time: 1 hour
